Mystery Light Filmed Hovering and Brightening Over Spring, TX Roadway

• What: Bright light or craft hovering, brightening, with red, blue and green lights emanating from the bottom of it
  

A bright orb of light was seen and filmed hovering and enlarging (or brightening) over a road in the Houston area (specifically, 99 Grand Parkway near Rayford Rd). Footage and testimony were graciously submitted by witness Aquita:

Shape of UFO described as "saucer"
Color of UFO described as "dark with red, blue, and green lights on the bottom"

It was hovering in the sky at a stand still. Then starting shifting left to right. All of a sudden it light up like a flashlight bright as the sun. It moved quickly overhead as we were driving. At that point I clearly saw the bottom of the disc shaped craft, which had red, blue,and green lights illuminating underneath.
