Mystery Orb Hovers for 30 Minutes in Daytime Sky, and Then Disappears Over Texas

A bright white orb, almost bubble looking!, was seen hovering in the daytime sky for at least 30 minutes before mysteriously disappearing, according to a recent report sent to  TexasUFOs. Larrybl shared the following photos and testimony:

Wasn't moving that I could see, nothing hanging off of it. Disappeared within 30 minuets. Image can be zoomed for better detail.

Sightings of bright white balls of light that hover stationary for hours before disappearing or performing odd maneuvers are surprisingly common. Does this latest sighting in Texas prove that UFOs are real, or could this witness have simply photographed a balloon or weather balloon? There was another sighting similar to this in Texas last month.
