"Never in My Life Have I Ever Seen Something Like This" - Green Object Falls From Plane in Houston

Jessica B of Houston's South Park area looked up into the sky and spotted an airplane with a green object or "figure" right below it that then changed course and zig zagged downward.

I was walking outside, first thing i do is look up .... its cloudy , i see an airplane and it looks like a few feet underneath it i see a green figure, round, bright white outside lining . its flying and suddenly it falls downwards in zig-zag lines ... boom its gone, in an instant. i was shocked. i always look up to see if i see something odd in the sky and this was extremely odd never in my life have i ever seen something like this.
