Bright Lights Hover and Disappear Over Austin - See video

• What: Orbs of light, blinking on and off and eventually disappearing

While waiting in line at a haunted house, a pair of friends witnessed three bright lights hovering in the sky, then they blinked off on and on, and were joined by another light. Could these be military flares? Or Chinese lanterns? Decide for yourself, check out the witness testimony and video:

​Eyewitness states: Me and my girlfriend was in a line for a haunted house. She noticed people looking in the sky, then she looked at the sky while I was reading the rules for the Haunted House, she told me to look at the sky. Then i went to look at the sky and saw 4 orbs/lights descend from the sky. One would switch off and other one would switch back on. I thought it was one of those candle balloon but I realized that candle balloons doesnt descend with lights on nor do they blink. So i went to get my camera and started recording it. As soon as i did. The lights went off. And after i was finished recording. A low flying plane with high headlight beams went past us. It was a strange experience because i have never seen any balls of light behaving that way.
(Note: me and my girlfriend are deaf so we didnt/cannot hear anything)
