Object Hovering Like Star Over El Paso - Daytime Video from July

A sighting from last summer recently popped up on YouTube. In the video below, you can see a bright white star-like object hovering... except it's daytime!:

I was in my front yard and I saw a UFO In the sky in the summer at evening time. It was too early for a star to be out.
