Odd Pair Lights Filmed over Decatur - See Video

• When: On or about May 22nd, 2016
• Where: Decatur (northwest of Dallas)
• What: Two lights hovering, one white and one red, the  latter blinking in strange pattern

Video showing a pair of lights - one red and disappearing and reappearing - hovering has been posted to YouTube. While there is no description for the video, you can hear the witness' on camera narration of the event. Disclaimer: the video is sideways, but it is still clear what is happening.
