Orange Ball of Light Rises Up Into Heavens - El Paso

Someone was looking out at the mountains from their balcony when they spotted a bright ball of light rising up through the clouds and zooming up into the sky out of sight - the UFO made no sound and appeared to be the size of a "small car." The witness also feels like the object was shooting up from the ground, and not simply from the clouds. What a site! I have no ideas what this could have been, except for possibly a drone?

I was on my balcony in the Sunland Park area of El Paso looking North/Northeast at the Franklin Mountains when an orange ball of light rose straight up through the low clouds, reminding me of the shuttle launches when they reach into the clouds as I could see the orange and then changing to a yellow, ball of light peek through the low clouds as it rose up into the heavens. The ball of light had to have been on the ground and was approximately 1.5 to 2 miles from where I watched. It took about 5-6 seconds to reach through the clouds and out of sight. There was no sound.
It looked to be about the size of a small car. I lost sight of it after it had gone about 3 to 4,000 feet. Again, there were low clouds that night.
