At least 5 witnesses in Katy, Texas, saw a glowing orange object traveling like an air craft overhead. Yet there are no blinking lights and no clear shape of the craft to make out:   Zoomed in Me and my family were in the back yard of my house when someone pointed out a round shaped object that was coming from the east at what looked like about 1000 feet elevation. There is a lot of flight traffic I see over the years but those are very obvious because light are flashing under the aircraft and the shape of the plane is obvious. This round object made no noise, was orange colored, kept the same flight path and disappeared at a high rate of speed. One witness ran out front to see the final flight path which I did not get on tape from my cell phone but I recorded most of the object flying over my house. I was shocked at first but I immediately took out my cell phone and started to film the object. There were five witnesses to the flying object and we all were surprised and basically could not figure out what it was in the sky. Very intriguing indeed! Drone is always a possibility, but the bright orange fiery color implies otherwise. What do you think? Share your opinions in the comments or on the Facebook page. I too saw an orange light in the sky. It was probably around October 2015 close to 10pm. I was in our back yard, letting our dogs out before bedtime, facing south and notice a bright orange light in the sw part of the sky. I kept waiting to see some blinking lights, but never saw any. At first, the object was coming from the sw and heading nw. But the object then seemed to "slide" due east for about two seconds. After that, it stopped in mid air....no motion. Then the orange light would go off, then on, then off and then back on again and carried on in a nw track. However, when it flew over head - there was no sound....plus, the light would go off and on again. I still have no explanation as to what I saw. Drone.....maybe, but it would have to have a he'll of a light. Helicopter? No sound was heard.....maybe a stealth, noise reduction type...possible. Airplane....no.

We saw the same thing on Saturday, March 12, 2016. We reported it to the non-emergency number. We saw two that night about 5 minutes apart. They sent a fire truck to our house! Leave a Reply. |
