Orb Bobs Around in Houston

williamusco has posted footage of a May 19th sighting of an orb bobbing around a phone line in Houston. This really seems like a bird or something, but it does have a stranger, more fluid way of moving than you'd expect from a bird. It's definitely too big to be an insect, and it's definitely not any time of man-made craft.
