Orb Changing Colors in Arlington

What: Orb changing colors

The latest Texas UFO sighting to get captured on cam has Interesting potential, but the footage is a little shaky. What it shows is an orb hovering (seemingly silently) for several minutes, and repeatedly changing from white to green. Could this be a satellite, or some kind of street light?
