Orb Disappears and Reappears Near San Antonio Air Force Base - See Video

• When: On or about December 28th, 2015, but a recurring sighting

• What: Orb hovering and disappearing and reappearing
  

A YouTube video featuring an orb of light hovering and reappearing and disappearing has been posted. Apparently this was spotted near the Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, and is not the first time the witness has seen  it:

I Was at the kel/lac transit center heading to work on wed mourning.. some strange orb or something has been appearing in the sky around that area of late. I told I myself if i see it again I'd video it. Idk if its me but, if there's anyone seeing these kind lights in the sky .. or know something else it could be leave a comment. Sometimes lights change color. .like a orange,red, blue, yellow or even green..
