A Texan taking a smoke break in their backyard noticed a bright white orb hovering very high up in the daytime sky over a neighbor's house. It then moved up and down and side to side before shooting up and disappearing into the stratosphere. Man, do we wish we had video of this! Sounds like a true blue UFO to me. The sighting gave the witness a feeling of "elation and a sense of peace." What's especially intriguing is this is not uncommon apparently, the New Braunfels resident sees these all the time. Here's the full MUFON report: I was in our backyard smoking a cigarette and waiting and I noticed a bright light shoot across the sky, very very high up. It then stopped and hovered over the house next door (still very high). I watched as it moved up, down, went to the side for about 10 feet, went back up, straight down about 15 feet, hovered again for quite awhile, then shot straight up and out of sight.This is nothing new to us, the only thing new was this was the first one that I have witnessed during the daytime. I always feel elation and a sense of peace when I see these.

You know, I just saw something 2 nights ago. It was about 9-9:30p.m., however, and the orb or light was the most beautiful "tangerine/orange". I live on the 3rd floor of our apartments, and like the person here was outside for smoke break. I've notice what I believe is a flight path in to San Antonio that runs an east/west route and the planes run about 2-5 minutes between eachother. This light, however, came out of the north, low in the sky between two other lights that are, I believe like street lamps. This was a beautiful color and I noticed it because I thought it was odd for the "planes" to now, be coming from a new direction. I watched it as it rose into the sky in a not to hurried manner. It was really strange in that instead of continuing to come towars me, it stopped, rose a bit, sank back down, moved left a bit, then shot back to the right, then back to the center...I was truly amazed by it. When I went to reach for my binoculars which I keep on the porch, I said to myself, "as soon as you turn your back to it, it will be gone" and sure enough, even though it was a split second, when I grabbed my binoculars, I had to turn my back and when I turned back around I could see it just shoot straight up into the sky until it was gone. It seemed to just blink out not disappear as the normal airaplance ligjts do when I;ve watched them. However, the same feelings of elation and well beingf also came over me, such that I called out..."come back, don't leave"....which of course, for me to be speaking to the sky, with no one else around, it odd enough behavior in itself.
