White Orb Hovering in Mid Air

• When: February 24, 2013, around 8 am
• Where: Houston, TX
• What: Stationary orb

Normally, a UFO that stays in the same spot and doesn't disappear or move about the sky at all is, well, a star... or a satellite... however, the stationary, "floating" orb captured on video by a Houston, Texan (this is the only UFO video in their YouTube account) during the daytime. And if it was a balloon, you'd actually expect to see it move with the wind at least once during a one-minute time frame, no? Another reason this video is worth posting is Houston has been the place of Great Strangeness lately - first there were all the orbs that were out and about, spotted by tons of witnesses all over the city, and then there was that big fireball that people all the way from southeast Texas to Louisiana witnessed.
