"Orbs floating - other people saw as well" - red Lights Photographed Over El Paso

It w exactly 9:08p.m. (21:08) we my mother and I headed out to eat, we live couple of blocks down a fast food restaurant. We were crossing the street when I decided to watch out for cars and down the block there was a slighting of red lights around the downtown are of El Paso what it seem was 3-6 lights orbs floating around 50-90 feet above the floor a couple of other people saw the sight as well I've been trying to get a hold of pictures with no luck. I took a picture but its awful to be honest. I tried to associate it with the border patrols helicopter but noticed there was no sounds coming from the object. At around four minutes later the objects appear to be moving west bound, i didn't know what to think about the time.
