Photo of Black Dots Hovering Over Arlington

• What: Hundreds of black orbs

A photo has captured several black dots of light, hovering in the daytime sky. The person who snapped the photo uploaded it to YouTube, along with a description - there were apparently hundreds of these "UFOs," just floating around for an entire hour.
