Plane, Except Not... in Houston?

Someone saw a familiar, yet peculiar UFO in Houston and tweeted about it. Guessing if this was a known craft, it's not a typical passenger plane or jet. Any ideas? Could this be related to a UFO sighting in the same area the same night of an orange UFO?
