Plane...*Like*? Thing Over Marfa - See Photo

A reader anonymously sent photo and testimony of a pretty interesting craft in Marfa, that at first glimpse sort of looks like a blimp?, but according to the witness, it hovered and the photo doesn't quite resemble what they saw:

I was driving west on Hwy 90 that I picked up outside of Alpine TX on my drive home to California on Friday, August 7th . It was about 10am in the morning when I saw a white object in the sky that made me immediately think of the space station in terms of design. I first thought that I was seeing things, it was not tethered, it was very big and very white. As I got closer I decided to stop and take as many pictures as I could with my I-phone. I was a bit concerned since I was the only person on this very long stretch of highway and I'm looking at something that I'm beginning to think is a UFO. The object was hovering for a long time and then appeared to be ascending like a hot air balloon. Unfortunately my photos did not capture the object as I saw it. I've included one of the four pictures I did take.

I did see a few truckers on the road, and I thought I could see them also looking up at the object as they passed by me. So there may be others who saw what I saw.

I haven't been able to get the image of what I saw out of my mind and decided to Google for UFO sightings in Texas around this time. I was thrilled to read that there had been sightings near Alpine over the next week or so.

Not sure what to make of it, and maybe there is a logical explanation of what I saw in the bright, and cloudless sky that morning.
