A Houston resident was lucky enough to spot a very bright fireball zooming overhead. They kindly and anonymously shared photo and testimony with Texas UFO Sightings:  I was outside walking my dog around 5:40 Sunday evening when i noticed a huge fireball in the sky, looking like it was falling to the ground. My dog and i ran back to my apartment and i called for my roommate to come outside and look at it. While inside, i grabbed my phone to get a video and pictures. It looked like huge object on fire, with a long tail of fire trailing at times, moving in a southeast direction. I would think i would of a satellite or meteor passing, but haven't heard of anything of that nature. Wanted to get someone elses opinion. Strange thing is AMSMeteors.org, MUFON, YouTube and the rest of the Internet seems pretty mum about this giant object. Was this a meteor? Why no other reports? If not a meteor, what could this object be - a jet perhaps?
Recently in November, a meteor so big it made the news made an appearance at Fun Fun Fest. If you saw this UFO as well, please share your sighting.

My sons and I saw four of these this evening, Tuesday, January 20 in Alvin. It was around the same time in the evening, 5:40 pm. Oddly enough, I had just looked at this picture today when I was researching to see if anyone saw a fireball on Friday night. My sister saw it around 7:30 (also in Alvin). I will post my pictures on a separate report.

I saw one of these over Houston today, Jan 20 at 5:45 pm...it looked like it was falling downward...visible for a good 7-10 minutes

My 6 yr old grandson pointed it out to me yesterday Jan 20 around 5:10 . We were in Atascocita and it seem to be near 59 and Lee road.

1/20/15 I saw four objects one was a blueish color the first two a large white and blue one where side by side but blue one seem to drop back as I traveled north on 45 out of Galveston I spotted two more white objects to the north headind in the same general direction south west over west bay one of the last two seem to be to be heading on a intersecting course odd thing it appeared to actual curve a bit to move more in the same direction though it was space junk but don't know now Leave a Reply. |
