"Remained there for 30-45 minutes hovering" - See Photo from Kerville

A Kerville resident has witnessed two UFOs over a period of two nights; the crafts hover for 20+ minutes, flash different sequences of color, and then disappear:

Two crafts had been seen on February 17 and February 18th both in the same spot as the night before on is a bright orb . The other flashes different colored lights . It would flash different sequences of colors and the after 20 minutes of hovering the orb would disappear ! And the other remained there for 30-45 minutes hovering !

Could these be drones? It is hard to tell these days. These are definitely not stars or planes, though. If you saw this as well and can help solve the case, report your sighting.
