Satellite, Star, or WTF? in Dallas - 2 Witnesses, 2 Videos

• When: On or about September 9th, 2013
• Where: Dallas
• What: Mysteriously bright, multi-colored star

Two people saw something a little strange in the Dallas night sky, and it's possible they saw the same thing on the same night (the 9th). What was that something, you ask? A shockingly bright star, changing colors and... moving.

Okay, so maybe not a star.

That is NOT a star babe, look at it!
You can see the colors.
Oh my god, what is that?
Purple, bluish... it looks like a fire truck, but it's in the sky!
What the f* is that?
Wait - is it moving?

There was 3 of them. This is the only one I could get a good picture of.

Video 2:

This was witnessed by 4 people and I took a closer video of kali Whitaker's video from her phone this was not moving like in the video we are shaky. It's not a star or planet and after a little research have been seen the past few years. I have never seen a shooting star or anything strange in the sky but this was nuts and I want to spread the word so maybe an answer can come out. I watched it from 3:30am called Kali at 4am and continued watching it until the sun came up. - William Patterson

Apparently, this isn't the first time the YouTuber who uploaded this video has seen something like this. Do they just have their eyes open at the right place and at the right time, or are they seeing something that isn't there?

The only peculiarly bright things in the night sky for these few nights is an extra special show by Mars and a surprise appearance by the the Zodiacal Light. Could one of these stars be the culprit? Or perhaps this is a satellite?
