"Saw these orbs up in the sky" - Witness Photographs Strange Lights Over Texas Highway

When: Date unknown, but the time was 8:30 PM
Where: City unknown, but likely in Texas
What: Group of lights seen and photographed over a highway

An interesting photo and testimony of "orbs" has been submitted to TexasUFOSightings. I'm trying to get more information, but in the meantime, let me know if you also saw these lights as well, or leave a comment if have any ideas on what they could be (Chinese lanterns, fireworks, aliens??):

Whitish/Yellowish orb seen at 8:30 PM

I was driving on the Grand Parkway between Telge road and the exit that you take to get to I-45 and saw these orbs up in the sky. I've never seen a UFO and never believed but I don't know what else this could be.

I did not see it, but being a native Texan, I can tell you that Grand Pkwy is an outer loop of Houston and Telge Rd. is 10-12 miles West of 45. :)

A friend captured video of the same thing on feb 25, 2020 from highway 95 between Taylor tx and Bartlett looking out East from 95. He uploaded the vid to youtube
