Spinning UFO Seen and Photographed in Daytime Over Texas

Interesting photo and testimony of a UFO in Texas has been submitted to MUFON (case 90919). But is this a mystery alien or top-secret military craft or drone, or something simpler like a balloon or weather balloon? As always, you be the judge:

Rotating object that reflected light when it turned...then when it left...i saw something like falling leaves

I was laying at the basketball court on Cross Canyon doing sit-ups when I noticed a spinning object very high up in the atmosphere that was stationary and as it made a full Revolution reflected light back down. It remain there for approximately 5 minutes and another passerby was in the area and I asked them to verify what they saw. We both agreed it was too high to be a drone and several aircraft seem to fly past the area where this object was... this also happened about 6 months ago almost in the exact same place and I saw the same thing and airplanes flew by and sprayed something over the sky which caused the sky to haze up in obstructed view of the object that was stationary for almost 30 minutes
