Spooky Spotlights? Haunt Houston, TX Residents

• Where: The Woodlands, Houston
• What: Large lights circling the night sky

Strange video showing multiple, bright, circular lights spinning around in the night sky has been posted to YouTube. Could these be spotlights or searchlights, and if so, why were multiple residents in the area so alarmed by them? The YouTube video has since been commented on by others in the area who were also struck by what they saw.

Multiple lights circling in the sky during severe weather warning, in the Houston TX area I took this video, walked inside to get my drink, and it was gone a few seconds later I am honestly out of ideas for what this could be, could somebody enlighten me?
