Star-ish UFO in Austin

Did you see the star-like object in the western portion of the sky in Austin? An Austinite tweeted about his UFO encounter at 6:40 on April 17th. Apparently it hung around in the sky for about 4 minutes but then also moved - implying it wasn't really a star at all. Could this be a satellite, or perhaps a visual illusion? I'm looking into it more.
