Star, No... UFO! in Texas

A Texan has reported a UFO sighting into MUFON of a star-like object moving twice as fast as a plane on May 27th. Unfortunately, they didn't reveal the town they live in. The MUFON report:

My girlfriend and I just got out of our car at our apartment complex after an early evening of fishing tonight 5/27/12. She got out of the car first. This was about 9:30pm Central. She hurriedly told me to get out of the car. I thought something was wrong so I got out and she said to look up and I saw a star-like object in the sky moving twice as fast as a plane would be. We see planes all the time. This was not in our atmosphere. It was white and moved in one direction to the Southeast above our heads. We waited and watched till it was out of our view. I don't know exactly what that was but it was great experiencing it because of how high it was and how fast it was moving. It didn't blink. It was like seeing a star that just moved really fast in the sky. It was too high to be a plane and too fast to be a plane.
