Strange Light Formation Over Lakeway - See Video

When: On or about December 7th, 2014
Where: Lakeway
What: Four bright lights hovering, blinking

A strange formation of four lights was spotted and recorded in Lakeway. At first glance, it looks like some bright stars and nothing more, but then one blinks! Check out the video and witness description:

On my way back from delivery look up to see 5 lights 1 disappeared before started recording.

I'm not an expert in flying objects, aircraft, or UFOs however I am a firm believer that strange occurrences do take place in our skies that we are yet to be able to understand and explain.

After watching the video and seeing the lights flicker and disappear shortly thereafter, the theory most logical to me is that they might be some type of aeronautical flares. Think of a flame that burns, flickers, and vanishes.

They very well could have been part of a UFO of some kind. This is not the first event like this I have seen in the sky over Lake Travis. Several years ago when I was in high school I remember looking up one evening and seeing what looked like a dogfight/fire-fight above Lakeway. There was a mass of lights swirling around each other in a brilliant extravagant pattern. I remember seeing streams of lights branching off of the swirling lights almost as if they were aircraft shooting at each other.

It seems as though these UFO sightings are starting to occur at an exponential rate all around the world and I'm confident that in some time over the next 10-20 years (maybe sooner), information will be released to the public on if we are really seeing what we think and truly believe.

My daughter and I just saw these same lights - driving into Lakeway from Austin. Clearly not stars. We saw 5 of them, but they were scattered about - not in formation. Each one was low on the horizon.
