Strange Lights Filmed Over Austin

• When: September 20th, 2018
• Where: Austin
• What: Four bright solid lights moving slowly or hovering, possibly with large humming noise

An interesting but brief video showing strange lights over Austin, Texas, has been uploaded to YouTube. Unfortunately the witness description leaves a lot to the imagination, so I am trying to get more information. In the meantime, check out the video and as always, you be the judge on what it shows:
