"That one minute has definitely changed my life in a positive way" - Lights Over Dallas

A group of lights seemingly hovering in the night sky over Dallas was submitted to MUFON, along with some pretty excited eyewitness testimony:

I was heading to work my mother saw it first I was in the back seat of the car and she told me to look out side that she had seen some lights, so I did and as soon as I looked I was so shocked it was like a hypnotizing type of experience as if I couldn't keep my eyes off of it I instantly grabbed my phone and began to record it. There were 6 sphere orange gold color like it was not too bright but the light I can describe it as a dim color it didn't hurt my eyes by looking at it. From where I was in the car I could see it close and they moved when the front sphere shaped moved it was as if they followed the pattern...I was shocked but I knew that it's something that one shouldn't be surprised to see we are not the only ones in this infinite universe I just didn't think I would finally see that so close and clear and for me to record that it's a plus but since we was in the highway and me heading to work I lost sight of it I wish I could of at least get more footage or eye sighting of it but that one minute has definitely changed my life in a positive way that was an amazing beautiful experience

so me and my boyfriend were walking along turtle creek and we were actually directly underneath this particular sighting , it almost came out of nowhere and it did take a second to well....some what sink in . it still has not entirely sunk in for me though . "new years 2016 dallas texas " on youtube is the only other footage I have found of this exact sighting other than my own . I personly do not even know what to think , giant balls of what looked like fire I suppose appeared from the sky almost suddenly and came at angles that made it seem like for a second they were asteroids heading our way ....then they slowed down moved around a bit . very intelligently I might add and then they disappeared just as fast as they came .

Could this be an early fireworks show that lingered for a while? Or something far stranger? If you saw this as well, share your take!
