"The craft then began to become more transparent until I could no longer see it" - UFO Seen South of Houston

• Where: Guy (southwest of Houston)
• What: Silent diamond-shape object with trail, hovering and then disappearing

A really weird-looking object was seen hovering silently over Texas, before seemingly turning transparent, according to a recent MUFON report (case 125505). The witness wasn't able to take a photo or video, but they did draw a picture of what they saw. To me, it resembles a kite flying sideways, but a kite shouldn't vanish in thin air, so what could it have been?

 Diamond craft fades and disappears  

I was on my work this morning and I noticed a diamond shaped object in the perfectly clear sky. The craft had a domed front end that was glowing blindingly white. The end had a thick light trail from behind it that was also glowing white. The trail was shaped in a squiggle that was approximately as long as the craft itself. The space between the lights was a shiny silver color. The craft did not move in any way and did not make any noise. The craft then began to become more transparent until I could no longer see it. The entire encounter lasted approximately 15 seconds.
