"The object looked wavy as it moved" - Triangle UFO Spotted Over Texas, One of Many...

• What: "Semi-translucent" silent, low-flying triangle UFO

Reports of triangle UFOs over Texas have spiked this week! I'm still going through them all, but here's one great example to tide everyone over.... a Texas resident observed a triangle UFO in the nighttime sky and then sent in testimony and a digital rendering of it to MUFON (case 108359):

Black Semi Translucent Triangle Object w/ Red Boarder Lights

Me and the Wife were watching the meteor shower, when we both noticed at the same time a Black triangle object that was semi translucent with red lights bordering all sides and red lights on the underside of the object, the largest red/orange light in the middle of the triangle. It was traveling and constant speed from Northwest to the southeast. Being in the aviation business for more than 20 years and a private pilot, I made note that the object did not have anti collision lights or red/green position lights, nor a directional white landing lights. The object was about 3000ft in the air and their were no sounds associated with it. It appeared to be traveling around 180 to 250kts. It was a perfectly clear night no clouds or haze, yet the object appeared to be semi-cloaked. The object looked wavy as it moved. After about six to 10 seconds of observation as it flew to the southwest, it vanished completely and was no longer visible. I didn't want to take my eyes off of what we were seeing but I did try to get my phone out in time to take a picture before it disappeared, but was unsuccessful. So I took a picture of the exact angle of the sky we were looking at and did a rendering of the object into that picture for reference.

It's an interesting time for UFO sightings.

Many people are under "lockdown" and may be worried about their health and/or paying their bills. They may be less interested in UFOs than they used to be.

On the other hand, they may be looking up at the sky more than ever before... and noticing strange things for the first time! Not to mention, in between catching up with news about the virus and "Quarantine," they may come across news about UFOs being real since that's been a hot topic in the press over this last week.

This doesn't mean that aliens are visiting or invading, though.

For instance, it's not just triangle UFO reports I've been fielding lately. I've also been getting a reports of non-UFOs, which is common in the field of ufology. Many people right now, I believe, are misidentifying the Space X Starlink satellites as unexplained craft. More to come on that soon...
