Top of a Building or Flying Car (ha)?

So, I almost didn't post this UFO sighting, but the reason I decided to is because of the tweets surrounding it. Texan @AlexisJon tweeted "Just saw a UFO FML!" and then followed that up with an instagram with the caption “Fucking UFO!!!!!!!” Someone replied "Ate you sure!? That's creepy," and he answered with "it was just floating there." This looks like the lights on the top of a building to me, which makes you wonder - was this a playful hoax on his followers, or was he seeing something else?  Not sure what city this occurred on, am looking into it...
