"a black noiseless triangle shaped craft over my house in south Texas." Since there are not many details to along with this one, I can't rule out that this might even be an old video edited to look new. Or just a normal plane that is being recorded in a shaky way.
So, if you saw this UFO over Texas, too, please shed some light and report your sighting!

Looks interesting. I cannot render a guess based solely on the video. But, the strobe looks like those.required on man made aircraft. A smart ET could install a strobe as part of their cover to reduce chances of discovery.I know I would incorporate every option possible that would mask my program, were I operating in secret.

Ohh Its a weather baloon cigar thats test lightning and that reflects swap gases to produce random lights to make it look like we are fools

Not unstanding your comment Steve. What Is it that you have determined from the video evidence provided? Perhaps you have better resolution than I do on this tablet.
