TWo Lights Dance Around Sky in Houston - See Video

• When: On or about December 18th, 2015
• Where: Houston (at the Galleria)
  
• What: Red and green light chasing each other and hovering

According to a YouTube video description, there were many witnesses to a strange pair of red and green lights that moved about the sky and chased each over a busy road near the Galleria in Houston:

was at a red light and looked around and all the people were in their cars looking up in the sky, so I look up and this is what I see. Now I was in shock for the first 15-20seconds and didn't think about recording it bc I didn't want to miss actually seeing it, but wow. I knew that was not normal.
But it's not all it was doing it was chasing each other and coming so close to each other and suddenly splitting apart. Plus they both seemed to change from red to green simultaneously and that was it.
