Two Lights Fly in Formation & Separate Over Texas - See Video

Texas UFO Sightings reader Kennard E witnessed two lights hover in the night sky (seemingly part of a single craft), and then separate. He graciously submitted video and a very brief description to the site:

I was out drinking with my friends and playing poker when all of a sudden I saw two lights moving close to each other. I first thought it as planes but then I notice they were moving side to side and up and down and changing colors. These were not planes  because they didn't have the red blinking light planes do. They started changing color and other things. Then when the lights disappear towards the ground we see a small little cloud like smoke coming from that direction. Later that night when I got home my momAsked if I saw two lights In the sky and I said yes, she and her cousin saw it too and so did one of my other friends that lived down the road.

Pretty neat sight. Could this Texan have spotted a pair of drones? Chinese lanterns, planes, helicopters, and meteors don't fit the bill even remotely. If you saw these strange lights as well, help solve the case and report your sighting!
