Two Lights Over Tomball - See Video

• When: On or about April 13th, 2016
• Where: Tomball
• What: Two lights wandering around sky and hovering

A YouTube video showing two distinct lights traveling, and occasionally hovering, has been posted:

This sighting was in TOMBALL Texas and as you can see the rings open in and out they also stay still and if they do move they move only around each other. This is similar to the sighting that was found in Australia in February. I call this UFO the "Red Ring UFO"

Could this simply be Chinese lanterns, as one person suggests in the comments on the YouTube video? Or something more mysterious? Share your thoughts in the comments or on the Facebook page.
