UFO Appears Right After Helicopters Circle Texas City

What: Round object appears in sky after helicopters circled area

A Texan noticed some helicopters fly by and then a mysterious circular object float around right afterward.  Now, could this witness simply have seen a drone or balloon, or was this a UFO or even an alien?
