UFO Circles Houston Freeway - Car Radio Stops Working!

• What: Object with red and white flashing lights, circling freeway
  

Brooke B noticed an unidentified flying object circling the Houston freeway, but since it didn't appear to be a plane or helicopter, she started filming, and fortunately sent footage and testimony of the event to TexasUFOs. What's interesting is that during the sighting, her car radio stopped working! The radio stations started scrambling on their own.

Object flew at a downward angle for the nose or what I thought would be the front. The rear of it was much higher in the sky. It was very low to the freeway. It circled the freeway over three times between one exit and would drop down or shoot back up. The angle never changed with movement. There were flashing red lights with occasional white lights. At the same time my radio stations stopped working. The stations scrambled without me touching them.

What do you think of this UFO? Did it cause the car radio to stop working? Or could this simply be a drone or something more easily explained?
