UFO, Drone, or Kite with Lights? Hovering Over Austin

Where: Austin
What: Triangle shaped object with lights hovering, Possibly identified as kite with lights

Really clear video of triangle UFO hovering over Austin has been uploaded to YouTube. However, could this just be a kite with lights, as even the witness suggests? Or possibly a drone? As always, you be the judge:

I just saw this same thing tonight!!! Still going on actually, and has been for past hour. I cannot figure out what it is for the life of me. But i got an almost identical video to you. I live off I-35/Wells Branch Pkwy in Austin/Pflugerville TX
