UFO Fleet? Captured on Video Over Texas

• When: 2018 or 2019 (several months ago, date unknown)
• Where: Texas (still confirming location)
• What: Dozens or more (seemingly) bright solid lights hovering and blinking

A really intriguing nighttime video showing bright lights hovering and blinking on and off over Texas has been uploaded to YouTube by a paranormal channel. There aren't many details about this sighting, and so I plan to follow up. In the meantime, what do you think of this video? Does it show an alien invasion or fleet of UFOs, or something simpler, like lights closer to the ground that just appear to be in the sky? As always, you be the judge!
