UFO Over the Circuit of Americas - See Video!

When: On or about September 20th, 2014
Where: Circuit of the Americas racetrack in southeast Austin
What:

Someone watching a car race on TV was quick enough to spot a UFO in action! The cylinder object zips by super fast:

A UFO flashes through the sky during the Circuit of the Americas race in Austin. Moving left to right, at speed.
It appears, then disappears, re-appears etc.
I filmed this off my TV using iPhone.

It's hard to get a feel for perspective, so this could be a bug or something like that closer to the lens. However, it is very similar to the recent UFO sighting in Lubbock that was "debunked" as a high-tech NASA weather balloon.
