UFO with Halo Hovers Over El Paso in Daytime Sky

What: Orb with halo hovering

A very strange bright glowing orb, seemingly with a halo, was filmed hovering over El Paso in the daytime, according to footage uploaded to YouTube:

I'm trying to track down more information, but in the meantime, if you saw this UFO, report your encounter. If you think you know what this was, share your theories!

I saw something very similar flying over northwest Austin during rush hour several weeks ago. It just flew and away from the city and disappeared.
