According to a stratospheric balloon tracking Twitter account, there was actually a NASA scientific balloon that appeared over the Crosbyton, Texas area on October 15th. (Although this UFO was technically reported on the 14th.) As originally mentioned in the story, a weather balloon - especially if it was a giant NASA one - is a believable explanation for one of the UFOs, and it's understandable it would have been mistaken for a UFO: However, I am not comfortable to identify UFO #2! It doesn't appear to be a bird, drone, or bug to me, and I've reviewed the footage multiple times. Watch the video below and let me know what you think of the explanation for UFO #1 and if you think UFO #2 can also be debunked! Original story
Footage showing two UFOs over a town in North Texas has been uploaded to MUFON, along with witness testimony. Check out all the detail in UFOJane's latest YouTube video:

Me and my oldest boy were moving some items of his(helping him move) when we noticed something in the sky over Friendswood, Pearland ,TX area. It was oval /round in shape and there was no sound at all. Also noticed it looked like it had some kind of knife edge going vertical on it. Every now and then a bright light would light off. We watched it for a while and then it seemed to change course and head southwest(originally it was heading south). We watched it for a while longer and figured we better get to loading up more stuff. We didnt see it after that and probably never will again.
