Several UFOs Over Katy, Texas - Static, Deep Voice Heard - See Photos

• What: Several lights appearing and moving, seeming to alter clouds

A resident of Katy, Texas witnessed several mysterious lights in the night sky, along with a neighbor, and submitted photos and testimony to the site. The witness also experienced somewhat of a static shock, as their arm hairs were raised and they even heard a strange static-y sound or voice during the sighting. "Neighbor" submitted the following:

Before this sighting, the witness also took photographs showing what might be a UFO in a fiery sky at dusk:

I went to close my garage door, and something just came over me to step out of the garage. I noticed a huge beautiful cloud moving much faster than all the other clouds. Also, the cloud was a cooler temperature. Remember,i went to close my garage door so i didnt have my phone. Something about the way the clouds moved that caught my eye. I also noticed that my arm hairs were almost static shocked. I cant explain . The clouds are a big thing i have to tell you because..i give you my word they were alive like silk and the way they moved.. suddenly I give you my word when i saw lights coming out of the clouds. Beautiful, no noise, but im talking about 7 or 9 of them . My neighbor left he seemed very confused of what he saw. I couldnt move I heard something in my ears like a deep.voice but like static. It was saying something but i couldnt make it out . Almost sounded like a frequency of some sort..When i could gather my head i said guys dont leave yet.. i have to tell someone what i saw..it was amazingly beautiful, and it is something i will never forget. I managed to take two pictures because i panicked. I know what i saw and i know that i experienced.

While this Texan may have been seeing Chinese lanterns or flares, that certainly doesn't explain the other anomalies, like  hearing a static sound. What do you think these UFOs were?
