UFOs Spotted on Fort Davis Sky Cam

• When: May 13th, 2016 at noon
• Where: Fort Davis
• What: Multiple white lights flying around quickly, making sharp right turns (web cam footage)

Did you know there's a live web cam at the McDonald Observatory in Fort Davis? Well, a YouTuber did, and was checking it out when they spotted some UFOs. While the video they uploaded to their channel is hard to make out, it's worth a view.

At noon eastern time-USA (May 13,2016) I was watching the sky cam over Fort Davis Texas and noticed a lot of white dots flying around at steep left and right angle turns at a fast pace. To my knowledge regular planes can't do that. So what is flying over Fort Davis sky cam?

Could these UFOs simply be dust particles, bugs, or light reflections? If so, that kind of distortion would seem to be a problem for a sky cam. If not, we could have some very serious UFOs here, as these do not appear to be helicopters or satellites or stars.
