Unidentified Flying Prank(?) in College Station

Lulzat posted a very intriguing video of a white ball of light rising up into the night sky. This is either an excellent UFO sighting, or a college prank, as the YouTube description reads:

Why this UFO witness think he's been "had" is a mystery, but maybe they're known to be obsessed with UFOs or something. Check out this recent sighting in College Station of "moving" stars.
