Very Weird Tadpole-like UFO in Houston - See Video

Really fantastic footage was shared with the Texas UFO Sightings Facebook page by a Houston resident. It features a tadpole-like object traveling through the sky and then stopping to meet with another object, and well then it gets weirder...

What's really interesting is sightings like these aren't uncommon. However, could this be recycled footage from elsewhere or a hoax? The person who shared the footage is quite the joker - he's been working for the National Immigration Agency since 1975 and worked at Area 51 from the years 1939 to 1954. But that doesn't mean he's being disingenuous here.
