Video of STrange Circle Hovering Over Galveston

7/2/14 update: A similar UFO was spotted at Fort Bliss in El Paso a few months later.

A Galveston resident captured a pretty neat sight on video and fortunately uploaded the footage, along with a description of it, to MUFON.

In the YouTube video below, you will see a sharp outline of a circle hovering in a blue sky (according to the witness, who was one of many, it was flying however). The quality of the video was not maintained during the YouTube upload process, but it is pretty undeniable regardless.

Here's the witness testimony:

My brother Cody lowery and a few of his friends were playing basketball near the seawall in Galveston when they noticed a silent clear circle flying over them headed north . Prob 5 or 6 people witnessed the event,, no one could tell what it was.. They watched it till u çouldnt see it, traveled straight the whole time.

Is this a strange contrail? Though, those are usually white. Or perhaps a weird weather phenomenon? Ideas welcome in the comments or on the TUS Facebook page.
