Video Shows UFO Traveling Over Victoria, Texas

• What: Solid bright light traveling fast

A bright white, solid light was seen and filmed traveling through the nighttime sky over Victoria, Texas. At one point in the video,  another strange light also appears. But could this just be the ISS, as one YouTube comment suggests, or something more...alien? It seems to be moving awfully fast to be the ISS (here's a video of the ISS to compare), but I so far haven't been able to confirm whether or not the ISS was over Victoria on this night.
