Video Shows Strange Lights Over Texas

• When: December 2018 (still confirming date)
• Where: Texas
• What: Lights hovering and flashing

A video showing some sort of lit-up craft hovering (or moving very slowly) and flashing in the night sky has been uploaded to YouTube by a UFO channel:

It is unclear if the person who uploaded this video is also the  witness, but I'm trying to find out more information.
