Video Surfaces of UFO Wandering Around Daytime Sky in San Antonio

• What: White light traveling randomly around sky

San Antonio's been a real UFO hot spot of late - the almost famous YouTuber who regularly films bright balls of light traveling over his house posted a great sighting recently, and there was also a mass sighting of strange red lights traveling in formation in early August

The following video shows a bright white light traveling in a straight line and then wandering around (seemingly) aimlessly in the daytime sky. Could this be a balloon caught up in the wind, or a helicopter that's just too far away to identify? It's certainly not a plane or a satellite...

Unfortunately, the video surfaced on a YouTube account popular for sharing UFO footage, and so I don't have any details (just yet):
